So how is it exactly that we manage to discuss European Citizenship without ever seriously looking at those who are excluded from this experiment? An experiment to which we attach historical significance because it offers everyone who has the luck to be an insider a wealth of rights and opportunities… But also an experiment which so forcefully excludes people, some to their death.
Time to re-think a few courses, isn’t it?
